Thanks so much for getting this USB drive full of my music! Here are some tips for getting the most out of it, as well as what to do if you have any trouble.

Pull the little nub out of the bottom of the “guitar” to access the drive. If it’s new, you may need to really tug on it to get it out.

Plug that part into your computer or car.

You should see a drive labeled “DobroSinger” come up.
Click on that to open the contents.

You’ll see separate folders for mp3 and wav versions of each record, as well as liner notes and a folder for bonus tracks. This is great for listening on the computer, but some people prefer all the mp3s in one folder for easy listening in the car.

This is YOUR drive now, so feel free to organize it however you like! You can drag all the mp3s into one folder, remove wav files if you don’t want them, and even ADD music to this USB drive. There’s a lot of extra space on here! Need help with organizing it the way you want? Email us at the link below.

Now about potential problems:
We’ve been working with the manufacturer on quality control but so far about one in every 200 USB drives doesn’t work. It’s very frustrating but I am 100% committed to getting you what you paid for!
