January 4-week Songwriting Class!
Let's start off 2025 creatively, with brand new songs for the brand new year!

Perfect for anyone who wants to write songs - from beginners to pros, we all need a nudge sometimes. This is the 11th online songwriting course I've led and it’s always amazing to see and hear what folks come up with.
 
TIME: 90 minute class together each week. Then, you decide how much time to spend on writing - whether it's getting into a daily habit or making up a song on your drive to work. Either way, you will get something out of the process.

Each week I’ll introduce a topic, we’ll do some writing exercises on it and then we'll leave the class with a songwriting assignment based on what we worked on. We share the songs via recordings (simple phone videos or voicememos shared via a private group page) and give each other supportive feedback. Everyone is in the same vulnerable position of sharing their brand new songs (including me), so we end up as a tight-knit group! This is NOT a performance class & these are fresh new songs so nobody expects perfection here! There's also no competition because everyone works at their own level.
 
Don't worry if you miss a class or need to leave early - I can send you the recording. Don't worry if you haven't written in awhile - this is a great way to break through creative roadblocks.
 
The #1 thing you'll get out of this class is motivation and encouragement to WRITE! You'll also get a small supportive community to make it fun, as well as my personal guidance from over 20 years writing and teaching. 4 weeks is a small investment of time for what you'll get out of this class. :)
